LUIS receives “Most Responsible Employer 2026” award

We are delighted to announce that LUIS Technology has been recognized as one of Germany's most responsible employers with the “Most Responsible Employer 2026” seal of approval – awarded by the ZEIT publishing group in cooperation with the employer review platform kununu.

The ranking recognizes companies that go beyond traditional employer benefits to take on social responsibility, cultivate a positive corporate culture, and take the needs of their employees seriously. Factors such as environmental and social awareness, work-life balance, and equality are evaluated.

• The ranking is based on employee reviews on kununu – typically, minimum scores such as a kununu overall rating of at least 3.5 stars and a recommendation rate of at least 80% are required.
• The categories of environment/social issues, work-life balance, and equality are evaluated in particular.
