Successful Japan Roadshow: LUIS Technology sparks strong interest in SAFE EDGE AI
From March 3 to 7, our colleagues Martin, Thomas, and Sören traveled across Japan to present our latest AI technology. Their journey took them from Tokyo in the north to Kobe in the south, with numerous meetings at leading construction and agricultural machinery manufacturers.
Major OEMs Show Strong Interest
Our discussions with well-known OEMs in the construction and agricultural sectors received overwhelmingly positive feedback. The SAFE EDGE AI camera, along with its safety features and AI functionalities, generated significant interest. Many companies are actively seeking innovative assistance systems and see our technology as a promising solution.
Focus on Autonomy Projects
One particularly exciting aspect of the meetings was the widespread interest in autonomy projects. For example, one of the leading Japanese argiculture OEM is testing our AI camera for autonomous tractors. Reliable AI was also a key topic in several meetings, especially in relation to the EU AI Act, which is setting new standards in Europe.
New Partner for the Japanese Market
In addition to discussions with OEMs, we secured a strong partner for the Japanese market: TOMOE. With an extensive sales network and deep technical expertise, TOMOE is well-positioned to successfully establish our solutions in Japan.
An Overwhelmingly Positive Impression
The Japan roadshow has confirmed that interest in AI-powered safety and assistance systems is high, and our innovative products are hitting the mark. We look forward to further developing these new connections and solidifying our presence in the Japanese market.
Stay tuned for more updates from Japan!
