The LUIS EDGE AI® camera represents modern AI technology “Made in Europe.”

It detects people and other relevant objects in real time and alerts the driver only when it is truly necessary – without false alarms triggered by non-critical objects. The AI operates directly on the camera (“embedded AI”) and does not require a separate control unit. The result: precise detection, fast response, and maximum reliability in any environment.

It distinguishes preci­sely between people and objects – even in com­plex or poorly lit situations. Via the inte­grated web inter­face, warning zones, detection logic, and signal outputs can be indivi­dually con­figured. Setup is simple via Wi-Fi – fast, flexible, and without the need for additional hardware.

& Eligibility for Funding

The LUIS EDGE AI® CAMERA has been officially cer­tified according to the GS-Bau-70 and GS-Bau-71 testing stan­dards. The German Social Accident Insu­rance Insti­tution for the con­struction industry (BG BAU) confirms com­pliance with the highest safety and tech­nical standards.

The camera is ideally suited for use on con­struction and work machinery, where precise detection and safety are essential. It is also eligible for funding through BG BAU and SVLFG (Social Insurance for Agric­ulture, Forestry and Hort­iculture) – making it not only safe but also eco­nomically attractive.
